Frequently asked questions

Is online safety training legal in Romania?
Yes. Legea 208/2021 and HG 259/2022 — the Romanian acts governing safety training — allow it to run in electronic form, with an electronic signature. NORMIQ produces signed, time-stamped records that are ready for an ITM labour inspection.
What kind of electronic signature do you use?
An electronic signature, time-stamped. Every training record supports up to four ordered signatures, each traceable in the audit log.
Who acts as our health and safety specialist?
The whole flow: the material, the tests, the deadlines, the reminders and the archive. The company administrator sees overdue sessions live, and employees work through everything on their phone.
What happens to employee data?
